§ 1 Scope

These GTC apply to contracts for goods that customers purchase via the online shop www.rhaw.store from

RHAW UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Ittlingerstraße 78, 80933 Munich, Germany.

§ 2 Contracting Parties

The contracting party is RHAW UG (haftungsbeschränkt), represented by its managing director Gloria

Ibungu.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer. By completing the

order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract is

concluded by our acceptance of the order or by dispatching the goods, unless otherwise specified in

individual cases.

§ 4 Ordering Process and Correction of Input Errors

Before submitting the order, the entered data and selected goods are displayed and can be corrected.

The customer can correct input errors before the binding submission of the order using the functions

provided in the online shop for this purpose.

§ 5 Contract Language and Contract Text

The contract language is German. The order data will be sent to the customer in an order confirmation

email after the order has been placed. The data required for the order is stored within the technical

Shopify systems.

§ 6 Prices and Payment

The prices stated in the online shop apply. Any shipping costs will be indicated during the ordering

process. The available payment methods are displayed in the online shop.

§ 7 Delivery

Delivery times, delivery countries, and shipping costs are indicated in the online shop or during the

ordering process. Should an ordered item be unavailable in exceptional cases, we will inform the customer

immediately.

§ 8 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 9 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details can be found

in the separate withdrawal policy and the sample withdrawal form.

§ 10 Warranty

The statutory rights for defects apply. In particular, the statutory provisions on consumer goods purchases

apply to consumers.

§ 11 Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for damages arising from injury to life,

body, or health, as well as for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, remains unlimited.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our data protection declaration.

§ 13 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For consumers, this choice of law only applies if it

does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the state of their usual residence.

§ 14 Place of Jurisdiction

For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply. For entrepreneurs, Munich is the place of

jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible.

§ 15 Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions

remains unaffected. The statutory provisions shall replace the invalid provision.
